JIHD Business Profile
PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk, through its subsidiaries, engages in the hotel and property businesses in Indonesia. It operates through four segments: Hotel, Real Estate, Telecommunication Services, and Hotel Management Services. The Hotel segment owns and operates two hotels under the Hotel Borobudur Jakarta and Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place names. The Real Estate segment engages in the real estate development business and services, including the construction of office buildings, shopping malls, and trade centers, as well as their supporting facilities; leasing of office buildings and rooms, and shopping mall complex units, as well as their supporting facilities; provision of infrastructures and facilities for integrated commercial centers construction, commercialization, and development; and provision of general services with the exception of legal and financial services. The Telecommunication Services segment offers telecommunication service management, closed fixed network, Internet service provider and its feature, and data center and managed services. The Hotel Management Services segment manages and operates Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Discovery Hotel & Convention Ancol, and Palace Hotel Cipanas. The company also engages in the tourism and related activities; and apartment development and trading businesses.
