Its Parcel & Logistics division offers solutions for parcel and express mail items; and value-added services, including food delivery, warehousing, order pickling, returns management, and web shop logistics and infrastructure, as well as cash transportation services. The company's Retail & Bank engages in the retail of goods comprising books, stationary, and packaging materials; and provision of services, such as lottery tickets, sports betting, and photocopying and fax services, as well as energy services. It operates a network of 1,765 postal service points, including 403 company-operated postal branches and 1,362 postal partners. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
