W T K Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, operates in the timber industry. The company operates in six segments: Timber, Plantation, Trading, Manufacturing, Investment Holding and Others, and Oil and Gas. The Timber segment extracts and sells timber; and manufactures and sells plywood, veneer, and sawn timber. The Plantation segment is involved in oil palm cultivation and tree planting activities. The Trading segment trades in tapes, foils, papers, and electrostatic discharge products. The Manufacturing segment engages in the conversion of aluminum foils, flexible packaging, and metalized and electrostatic discharge products; and the manufacture and sale of adhesive and gummed tapes. The Investment Holding and Others segment is involved in the property investment and rental, and car park operation activities. The Oil and Gas segment provides oil and gas related services through four DP2 accommodation workboats. The company also extracts and sells logs; engages in the swiflet farming, timber trading, and reforestation activities; and markets adhesive and gummed tapes, as well as packaging related products. In addition, it operates as a logging contractor, and general and commission agent; and operates a barge. The company operates in Malaysia, India, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, the People's Republic of China, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and other countries.
